Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or accidental purchase) due to the nature of international shipping. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us via the contact form within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 990 JPY
Free shipping on orders of 10,000 JPY (tax included) or more within Japan.

[International Shipping for Taiwan ]
Direct Shipping: Flat rate of TWD 2,000 (Approx. 10,000 JPY).

Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 7 business days after purchase.
