Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us via the contact form within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellations

In principle, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you wish to cancel, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. Please note that depending on the preparation status of the items, we may not be able to fulfill your cancellation request. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 990 JPY
Free shipping on orders of 10,000 JPY (tax included) or more within Japan.

[International Shipping for Taiwan ]
Direct Shipping: Flat rate of TWD 2,000 (Approx. 10,000 JPY).
Proxy Shopping Service: You can also use "World Shipping Biz" for alternative shipping options. Please refer to the banner displayed on the screen for details.

About Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7 business days after purchase.
(Please note that it may take longer for items that are out of stock at the manufacturer or made-to-order.)

Shipping Destination

We can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a separate order for each destination.
