As per the product specifications, the white claw is made of a soft material that is resistant to breaking, so the claw may not go down completely with the usual method of removal (pinching and crushing the cover).
In that case, you can remove it by pressing firmly on the base of the white claw where the cable is inserted with your fingernail.
If you try to forcibly remove it before the claw has fully retracted, the white claw will catch on the cover of the main body, creating a burr and making it even more difficult to remove.
If it is difficult to remove with your fingers, please understand the structure of the claw and press a flathead screwdriver or similar tool against it.
