＜Connection Method＞
1. Before connecting this product, please ensure that your existing network is functioning correctly.
2. Turn off the power to the equipment to be connected.
3. Connect the equipment to be connected using an Enhanced Category 5 or higher LAN cable.
*When connecting to PoE equipment, please use AWG24 solid wire, AWG23 solid wire, or AWG22 stranded/solid wire LAN cable.
4. Connect the ground wire of this product to ground.
*To obtain sufficient lightning surge protection, be sure to ground the equipment with an earth wire. If grounding is not performed, lightning surge protection will not be effective.
5. Turn on the power to the connected equipment.
